Polat’s döner set benchmarks in terms of quality, freshness and the way they are made. The meat that we use for our döner skewers is sourced exclusively from a controlled breeding environment and is subject to inordinate testing by us for quality and freshness. Similarly, each animal handled can be traced back to the breeder.
